Try Noctéa Air with peace of mind

We know that a nighttime comfort accessory can take several nights to get used to.

You therefore have 30 days from the delivery of your order to try Noctéa Air. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request to apply our commercial guarantee.

How to request a refund?

Send your request to:

noctea.air@gmail.com

Your message must contain:

  • your order number;
  • the name and email address used at the time of purchase;
  • a short explanation of your experience;
  • a photo only if the product arrived damaged, incomplete, or defective.

The request must be sent within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Product opened or used

For hygiene reasons, we will not ask you to return a nasal clip that has been opened or used.

Do not return any product without first receiving instructions from our customer service.

Refund amount

Once the request is validated, we will refund the actual price paid for the Noctéa Air order, using the payment method used during the purchase.

Any additional express delivery costs will not be refunded, unless the package received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

The time it takes for the refund to appear then depends on the bank or payment provider used.

Guarantee conditions

The 30-night guarantee:

  • applies to the customer's first Noctéa Air order;
  • is limited to one request per customer, household, and delivery address;
  • must be requested within 30 days of delivery;
  • covers 1, 2, and 3 kit offers;
  • requires use in accordance with the guide provided with the product.

Cases not covered

The commercial guarantee does not cover:

  • a request received after the 30-day period;
  • intentional damage;
  • loss of the product after delivery;
  • improper use;
  • modification or cutting of the product;
  • orders for which the information provided is incomplete or manifestly fraudulent.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect product

A product that is defective, incomplete, damaged during transport, or different from the one ordered must be reported to customer service with a photo.

These situations are handled separately from the 30-night satisfaction guarantee and may result in a replacement or refund, depending on the problem identified.

Legal guarantees

The 30-night guarantee is an optional commercial guarantee offered in addition to legal guarantees. It does not reduce or replace the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

The right of withdrawal applicable to online sales must remain presented separately in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the refund policy. Any exception related to products unsealed for hygiene reasons must be validated before final publication.
Is this a medical product?

No. Noctéa is a nighttime respiratory comfort accessory. It does not replace a diagnosis, treatment, or the advice of a healthcare professional.
Is it reusable?

Yes. The clip is designed to be cleaned after each use and reused for multiple nights.
Is this suitable for everyone?

No. Comfort depends on the individual. The kit includes multiple sizes to allow for a better fit.
How do I use it?

Choose the most comfortable size, gently place the nasal clip before sleeping, then clean it after use.
What's in the kit?

The kit contains several clip sizes, a storage box, and a "7-night" user guide.
What are the shipping costs?

Standard delivery is €3.90 in metropolitan France and free for purchases over €45.
